Engineering and Project Design

We prepare all the necessary technical infrastructure from the foundation of your automation system to its commissioning. By analyzing P&ID diagrams specific to your process, we select the most suitable instruments and equipment (sensors, valves, drives, etc.) for your system and design MCC and PLC panels. We project every detail from field cabling routes to communication infrastructure and SCADA architecture according to international standards.

APPLICATION

Field Applications and Assembly

We bring the architecture we designed on paper to life in the field. The steps we personally carry out in the field from assembly to production are as follows:

Field assembly and energization of MCC and PLC control panels.
Installation of cable trays, field cable pulls, and all instrument connections.
Completion of point-to-point I/O (Input/Output) signal tests and calibrations.
Verification of the compatibility of mechanical equipment (motor rotation directions, fan/vacuum synchronizations, etc.) with the automation system.
Commissioning.
