Engineering and Design

We design and plan the electrical infrastructures of industrial facilities in accordance with international standards. The fundamental engineering processes we carry out in this context are;

  • System Design and Engineering Calculations: Analysis of the installed power and demand power of the facility, creation of load flow scenarios, short circuit, voltage drop calculations, and determination of cable cross-sections.
  • LV / MV Design: Preparation of single line and three line principle diagrams, control circuits, and detailed terminal/cable connection plans for Low Voltage and Medium Voltage energy distribution systems.
  • Panel Design: Electrical and physical layout designs of MCC (Motor Control Center), main distribution, secondary distribution, and compensation panels according to site requirements.
  • Site Infrastructure and Security Projects: Cable carrying systems and route planning.

Panel Manufacturing

We carry out the panel manufacturing processes of systems whose design processes are completed in accordance with international standards. Our panel manufacturing activities in this scope are;

  • MCC (Motor Control Center) Panels: Mechanical assembly, busbar operations, and internal cabling of MCC panels designed specifically for controlling motors, drives, and starting groups in facilities.
  • Main and Secondary Distribution Panels: Manufacturing of high current capacity main power and sub-distribution panels equipped with suitable switchgear and circuit breakers that manage the overall energy flow of the facility.
  • Type Tested Panels: Type tested panel solutions certified to international standards for projects requiring resistance to high short circuit currents, electrical arc protection, and maximum operational safety.
  • Compensation Panels: Production of compensation panels designed to keep the reactive power consumption of the facility within legal limits, ensure energy efficiency, and improve power quality.
